Kelson Fernandes is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Global Head of Learning at Experian since May 2022. Prior to this role, Kelson held various positions at Serasa Experian, including Human Resources Director and Executive Manager, focusing on talent management, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion across Latin America. Kelson's career also includes roles as HR Manager at Luxottica and multiple HR positions at Serasa Experian, where responsibilities ranged from workforce analytics to employee experience initiatives. Previous experience includes HR business partner roles at Boehringer Ingelheim and extensive academic background with degrees in Social Sciences and Sociology from USP, along with a postgraduate degree in Sociopsychology.
