Evelyn Ooi is a Talent Manager at Experian Asia Pacific since January 2015, where efforts focus on developing a comprehensive learning and talent management framework to enhance leadership capabilities. Previously, Evelyn served as a Manager at Talent Corporation Malaysia Berhad from May 2012 to December 2014, leading initiatives to improve female labor force participation through advocating flexible work arrangements. As a Talent Development Specialist at Hong Leong Assurance Berhad from October 2008 to July 2012, Evelyn developed soft skills programs that set benchmarks for the group. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at Siemens Malaysia Sdn Bhd, where development of training policies took priority, and as a Senior Training Executive at Gamuda Berhad, managing scholarship programs and soft skills training. Evelyn holds a BSc in Human Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
