Kristel Voit is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in leading and designing user experiences across various platforms. Currently serving as Lead UX Design at LexisNexis since April 2021, Kristel has earned multiple awards, including the 2024 Global UX Customer Excellence Award and the 2023 Product Excellence & Customer Excellence award. With a strong foundation in UX strategy, digital transformation, and customer experience, Kristel has played a pivotal role in numerous high-impact projects, such as the redesign of Lexis+ AI products and the pro bono platform for Legal Aid-Ukraine. Kristel's expertise encompasses a broad range of design methodologies, analytics, and research techniques, complemented by a strong educational background, including certifications from prestigious institutions. Prior roles include Senior UX Researcher/Designer at KForce, Customer Experience Consultant at Coyle Hospitality Services, and entrepreneurial experience as Founder and CEO of Eyen Magazine LLC.
