Winda Maharani is a seasoned professional in psychology and assessment, currently serving as the Head of the Undergraduate Program of Psychology, Lecturer, and Secretary at Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Indonesia (UNUSIA) since September 2020. Winda has extensive experience in recruitment assessment as an Associate Assessor at EXPERD Consultant and Lembaga Psikologi Terapan UI, conducting interviews and providing reports on candidatesā€™ psychological assessments. Previous roles also include a Tenaga Ahli Psikolog at Panti Sosial Bina Laras Harapan Sentosa, where Winda developed and conducted therapy programs for schizophrenia patients. Winda's educational background includes a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
