Vita Rahmayanti is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an HR Officer at Experd Consulting since November 2014, Vita has previously worked at MNC Group from December 2013 to October 2014 as an HR Recruitment and Administration specialist, where responsibilities included job posting, candidate sourcing, and conducting psychological tests. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Generalist at Dunia Pancing Indonesia, PT from February 2011 to October 2013, providing support to supervisors and staff in developing employee capabilities. Vita holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Islam Negeri Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, obtained between 2003 and 2008.
