Debby Nursita Dewi is a seasoned psychologist with extensive experience in assessment, recruitment, and counseling across various organizations. Currently serving as an Assessor and Consultant while also holding a part-time lecturer position at Universitas Pembangunan Jaya, Debby has contributed to the field since 2006 in roles at hospitals and consulting firms, including as a Clinical Psychologist and Recruitment Manager. Additional expertise includes managing recruitment processes and competency assessments at IKPT and leading assessment and recruitment initiatives at Insan Cendekia Madani. Debby holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Tarumanagara.
