Oumeima Hannachi began their work experience in 2016 as the General Secretary for Enactus ipeit. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Sales Consultant for OPTIMA Junior Entreprise. Starting in 2019, they served as a Full Stack Developer for Taderok, where they contributed to the development of an innovative E-learning platform. In 2021, they joined Talan as a Business Intelligence Intern, where they worked on a BI/DW solution for HR analytics. Currently, they work at Expensya as a Software Engineer - BI.

Oumeima Hannachi pursued their education in a chronological manner. Oumeima first attended the Institut Préparatoire aux Etudes d'Ingénieurs de Tunis (IPEIT) from 2016 to 2018, focusing on studies in mathematics and physics. Following their time at IPEIT, they then enrolled at the Faculté des Sciences Mathématiques, Physiques et Naturelles de Tunis, where they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from 2018 to 2021.
