Rafe Colton has extensive experience in site reliability engineering, currently serving as a Senior Leader at Expensify since January 2020, where responsibilities include addressing organizational behavioral issues, implementing company-wide policies, and overseeing a team of SREs and Software Engineers. Previous roles at Expensify include leadership positions and foundational work as a Site Reliability Engineer. Prior to this, Rafe built a web presence from the ground up as a Web Development Manager at the Himalayan Institute and contributed to software development at various companies including Apple, ModCloth, and Kemists. Rafe holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh.
