Emma Faulkner is an experienced professional in customer engagement and success, currently serving as an Engagement Manager at Expel since January 2023. Previously, Emma held roles at Cybereason, progressing from Associate Customer Success Manager to Customer Success Manager from June 2021 to January 2023. Emma's early career includes caregiving roles and positions in nutrition at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital and Bertram House Of Swampscott.
