Connor Russell is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager of IT Engineering at Expel since March 2021, overseeing enterprise software-as-a-service products and enhancing service interoperability through integrations. Previously, Connor held several roles at e3 Civic High from June 2015 to February 2021, including Technology and Data Metrics Manager, where responsibilities included scaling the technology department and managing data analysis and compliance functions. In earlier positions, Connor was an Integrated Technician, implementing systems to reduce user friction, and designed a one-to-one device program for students. Prior experience also includes working as an Enterprise Technology Services Help Desk Analyst at San Diego State University. Connor holds a Master of Arts in Education with a focus on Learning Design and Technology from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Education, Psychology, and Computer Science from The Evergreen State College.
