Shelley Vamadevan is the Global Head of Business Operations at Expedia Group. Prior to this role, Shelley also served as the Customer Marketing Director, focusing on customer experience and loyalty. Before joining Expedia, Shelley worked at McKinsey & Company as an Engagement Manager. Shelley holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and London Business School. Additionally, Shelley has a medical background with degrees from University of Cape Town, Royal College of Anaesthetists, and CMSA (College of Medicine South Africa).
