Cristina Pernia is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Talent Management Business Partner at Expedia Group since July 2024, Cristina develops and drives talent agendas aligned with business strategies. Previously, Cristina held the position of Director, Talent Management, contributing to the enterprise talent agenda by leading key Talent Management products. Cristina's diverse background includes support for senior leadership teams across various divisions and progressive HR roles at Expedia Group from 2012 to 2020, as well as positions in HR and administration at Blast Radius and Boston Pizza International Inc. Cristina's educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology from Simon Fraser University and further studies at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
