Nitin Kumar has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 as a Business Analyst at CapitalVia Global Research Limited - Investment Advisor. Nitin then joined The Luxury Closet, Inc. in 2017, where they initially worked as an Associate Product Manager before moving up to the role of Product Manager in 2019. Nitin worked at The Luxury Closet, Inc. until 2021 when they joined Nykaa as a Product Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Product Manager at Expand My Business, starting in March 2023.

Nitin Kumar received their B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering from ITM University, Gwalior. Nitin attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
