Jeff Farmer currently serves as Vice President and Auctioneer at Tranzon Asset Advisors, specializing in national auctions with a local expertise across various sectors including retail, restaurant, hospitality, industrial, and non-profit. Since May 2023, Jeff has also been working as a Broker Agent and Auctioneer with eXp Commercial, focusing on commercial real estate services. Jeff previously held the position of Broker at Semonin Realtors from August 2009 to May 2023, contributing to optimal real estate solutions for businesses. Earlier experience includes roles as a Construction Contract Administrator at Peck Flannery Gream Warren LLC and as a Plans Examiner and Building Inspector at the Kentucky Department of Housing, Buildings and Construction. Jeff received education from the University of Kentucky between 1983 and 1988.
