Stephen Land is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as the Exolum North West Europe Lead and Chief Operating Officer at Exolum since November 2014. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at Alkane Energy Limited as Operations Director and Executive Director, overseeing a portfolio of 24 power plants and ensuring operational efficiency. Stephen's earlier experience includes serving as Power Station General Manager at Derwent Cogeneration Ltd, managing strategic operations of a combined cycle power station. With a strong foundation in engineering and management, Stephen holds an MSc with Distinction from Coventry University and degrees in Mechanical and Production Engineering, along with Occupational Health and Safety training.
