Carlos Anderez has extensive experience in aviation and operations management. Currently serving as Operation Manager at Exolum since December 2019, Carlos oversees fuel storage, distribution, and supply chain management for an aviation fuel facility, managing a team of over 90 employees. Prior roles include Operation Engineer at Sitel and Operation Manager at Kavak International Group, where Carlos provided aviation consulting services. With previous experience as Senior Audit Staff at Grupo IMC and Aircraft Maintenance Specialist at Corporación Venezolana de Guayana, Carlos has a strong background in operational audits and technical aircraft maintenance, complemented by instructional experience in human factors and technical English at Ultra Instrucción Aeronáutica. Educational credentials include a degree in Aircraft Maintenance from Cifa and specialized training from Bell Helicopter, Ciaca, and Flight Safety International.
