Alexandru Lupu is an experienced Projects Portfolio Manager at Exolum since May 2015, leading a team of Project Managers, project engineers, and Construction Managers to deliver projects throughout their lifecycle while managing project portfolios within budget. Prior to this role, Alexandru successfully executed multidiscipline projects as a Project Manager and implemented containment projects as a Project Engineer. Experience includes overseeing a major storage tank inspection and repair programme at The Oil and Pipelines Agency and supporting CAPEX projects as a Junior Project Engineer at OMV. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București.
