Terry Sturgell has a robust background in business development and management, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Development at Exodus Global since January 2015. Concurrently, Terry holds the position of Director of Global Accounts Scrap/Demolition at SHEARCORE, which began in August 2020, after serving as Business Manager for the same company from January 2015 to April 2020. Prior experience includes Regional Sales Manager at Sierra International Machinery from February 2013 to January 2015, and Regional Business Manager at Exodus Machines Inc from August 2009 to January 2013. Terry's earlier career features roles as Special Agent with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement from June 2004 to January 2006, Senior Patrol Agent with U.S. Border Patrol from March 1998 to June 2004, and SNBM in the U.S. Coast Guard from December 1993 to December 1997.
