Myra Mitha has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Myra currently serves as a Senior Chatbot Interaction Designer (Squad Lead) at Exness since December 2022. In this role, their responsibilities include identifying use cases for conversational experiences, building answer flows, optimizing chatbot performance, scripting content, managing localization, and analyzing chat transcripts for improvement opportunities.

Prior to their current role, Myra worked as a Chatbot Interaction Designer at Exness from May 2021 to December 2022. In this role, they trained and optimized chatbot models, updated and analyzed chatbot performance, coordinated localization efforts, and reported on self-service performance and user intents.
