Muhammad Abdulwahab Muhammad has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Muhammad started their career as a Lubes Sales Engineer at Mobil Oil Nigeria Plc in 2005. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Students' Pastoral Care Officer at Linton University College, where they led the development and implementation of an internal audit function and collaborated with stakeholders to develop strategic plans.
Muhammad then joined Singtel in 2013 and held several positions over the years. Muhammad worked as a Senior Cust Care (Operation Support) Officer, where they conducted customer needs assessments and provided technical assistance and dispute resolution. Muhammad also served as a Digital Support Executive, providing timely and polite communication with customers via digital support channels.
In 2016, Muhammad transitioned to the role of Abay Coach (Ops Support Officer) at Singtel, providing support to new trainees and evaluating their progress. Muhammad later became a Team Leader, setting monthly KPI targets for agents, organizing training sessions, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
In 2018, Muhammad moved to Concentrix, where they initially served as a Technical Advisor and later as a Content Moderator. Their responsibilities included providing support and moderating content on various platforms.
Muhammad then became an Apprentice Intern at INNODATATICS * Innovation | Data | Analytics in 2020, where they gained experience in data analytics and innovation.
In 2021, Muhammad joined Exness as a Retail Account Manager, establishing and developing business relationships with clients. Muhammad was eventually promoted to the role of Senior Retail Account Manager, where they acted as the primary point of contact for new clients and collaborated with different departments to deliver effective solutions.
Muhammad's most recent role is the Acquisition & Retention Team Lead at Exness, where they ensure the team meets and exceeds KPI targets, manages team performance, and develops team members to align with company values and policies.
Throughout their career, Muhammad has demonstrated a strong focus on customer satisfaction, performance management, and team leadership.

- In 1998 to 2003, they attended the University of Ilorin, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Physics.
- From 2009 to 2011, they studied at the University of East London and earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) degree in Electrical/Electronics (Communication).
- In 2022, they enrolled at the State University of New York College at Potsdam for a postgraduate diploma in Project Management.
