Athina Fokas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in construction and real estate law. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Counsel at Exness since November 2022, Athina previously held positions as an Internal Legal Advisor and Compliance Officer at Iacovou Group from December 2016 to October 2022, and as an Internal Auditor at Elagnus Consulting Limited from February 2015 to July 2016. Athina began the legal career as a Lawyer at Dilinos & Associates LLC, where the tenure lasted from March 2010 to January 2015. Academically, Athina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Open University of Cyprus and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Brunel University of London. Currently, Athina is pursuing a Master in Construction Law at The University of Law, expected to complete in September 2026.
