Subhashish Chatterjee is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the banking and financial services sector, currently serving as Vice President for Banking & Capital Markets at EXL since March 2010. In this role, Subhashish leads transformative strategies aimed at enhancing business growth and service delivery for global clients. Under previous leadership roles at EXL, Subhashish has been responsible for driving growth in the APAC region and managing profitable relationships in the Travel, Transportation & Logistics sector. Prior to EXL, Subhashish held key positions at American Express, GE, and Choice Hotels International, focusing on service delivery and operational excellence. Subhashish holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Delhi University and has completed executive programs at prestigious institutions including the Indian School of Business and Schulich School of Business at York University.
