Emilie Beauvois has a diverse background in management and operations within the retail and food service sectors. Currently serving as Coordinatrice réseau et support RH and previously as Coordinatrice réseau et opérations at Avril since May 2018, Emilie has played a key role in opening a boutique in the northern region, overseeing recruitment, team training, stock management, and sales analysis. With extensive experience at EXKi since 2009, Emilie progressed from Manager Assistant to multiple managerial roles, participating in the opening of several restaurants, training teams, managing inventory, and ensuring quality control. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Le Pain Quotidien after starting as a part-time employee. Emilie holds an educational background from the Institut supérieur d'Architecture 'Saint-Luc' de Wallonie, Tournai.
