James is currently the Managing Partner at Rayne Enterprises Holdings, where they assist innovative tech companies and high net worth individuals with accessing suitable financing options for their ventures. In 2022, they founded VentureReady.Global, a trusted Web3 services agency that supports veterans and newcomers in developing ideas and becoming investment ready. In the same year, they also worked as a Strategic Advisor at Jada Ai, a company focused on leveraging cryptocurrency for positive global change. In 2023, James became a Venture Scout at Exitfund, where they support founders in the pre-seed, seed, and series A stages. Prior to their entrepreneurial endeavors, James worked as a Teacher of Science at Chobham School Academy and DeLacy Academy. James also served as a Combat Medic and Physical Training Instructor in the British Army from 2012 to 2017. James has a strong background in finance, education, and technology.
