LaVon DuBois is a seasoned real estate professional currently affiliated with EXIT Realty Elite since December 2019. In addition to this role, LaVon has owned and operated All American Management, a property management company specializing in residential properties, since January 2010. Previously, LaVon held leadership positions at various mortgage companies, including serving as Owner/President of All American Mortgage, Inc. from March 2005 to October 2010, and as VP Operations at Capital Mortgage Funding from 2003 to 2005, overseeing daily operations and processing various mortgage loans. LaVon's education includes a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership and multiple degrees in Human Relations, Business Management, and Marketing from Trevecca Nazarene University, Austin Peay State University, and Volunteer State Community College.
