Kate Clews Manuel is a licensed realtor with extensive experience in the real estate industry, having worked at EXIT Realty Associates since March 2021 and previously with Exit Realty Advantage and RE/MAX East Coast Elite Realty. Prior experience includes a position as a rental agent at Fredericton Rentals Ltd/Gorham RealEstate, where responsibilities encompassed daily deposits, sales, office administration, Quickbook posting, customer service, and advertising. Kate holds a Human Services Diploma from New Brunswick Community College and completed secondary education at Leo Hayes High School. Additionally, Kate is pursuing further studies at St. Thomas University.
