Debra Ladenheim serves as the Operations Manager at Exit Realty Achieve since April 2017, overseeing the Administrative Services for a high-performing real estate office with up to 180 licensed Realtors and three administrative staff members. Prior to this role, Debra accumulated extensive experience at Olympus from 1981 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing a 650 vehicle fleet program, developing supply chain practices as the National Accounts Administrator, and improving logistics processes as the Distribution Administration Assistant Manager. Additional roles at Olympus encompassed training and supervising staff in kit production, coordinating marketing services, and providing executive support to senior management. Debra holds an education from Farmingdale State College.
