Ramon Diaz possesses extensive experience in law enforcement and real estate. Currently serving as an Investigator at ADC LTD NM and actively engaged in real estate sales at Exit Real Estate Partners and contract work at MVM, Inc. since September 2022. From September 2008 to May 2022, Ramon held the role of United States Probation Officer for the United States Courts, responsible for monitoring compliance of offenders under post-conviction. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Supervision Officer at El Paso County Probation Department from March 2002 to September 2008, focusing on investigations and adherence to court-ordered conditions. Ramon earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Western New Mexico University in 1998.
