Victor Santos is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in the gaming industry, currently serving as the Founder and Art Director at Artistico Studio since May 2022, where leadership and inspiration drive the development of immersive gaming worlds. Previously, Santos held roles as Creative Director and Outsource Supervisor at Exis, overseeing art and design direction for notable AAA projects such as World Of Tanks and PlanetSide 2. Additional experience includes positions at FitXR, Meta, and Mediatonic Games, where Santos contributed to product design and art direction, and co-founding Knitted Pixels. With a background in teaching and a master's degree in 3D Art and Animation, Santos has cultivated a diverse skill set that encompasses team leadership, creative strategy, and innovative design.
