Prasad Mantri is a distinguished engineer currently working at Eximietas Design since April 2024, specializing in silicon engineering for the AI and chiplet era. Previously, Prasad served as Chief Technology Officer at AISemiCon from February 2023 to April 2024 and held roles focused on design, test, and DFT engineering at Tessolve from March 2017 to January 2023. Notable experience includes positions as Principal Engineer at Oracle India and Oracle Corporation Santa Clara, as well as a significant tenure at Sun Microsystems.
