Paul Naughton has extensive experience in operations and production management across various industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager and previously as National Operations Manager at Exiis Group Pty. Ltd. since February 2014, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership capabilities. Prior experience includes the role of Production Manager at Recresco Ltd. from October 2012 to November 2013 and Plant Manager at Widnes Galvanising Limited from July 2006 to August 2012.
