Jim Summers, D.B.A.(c), has over 15 years of work experience in various IT roles. Jim founded Exigere Networks in 2019 and currently serves as CEO. Prior to this, they worked as a Network Pre-Sales Engineer at Cisco, an IT Manager at Black Diamond Networks, and a Senior Technical Analyst at JPMorgan Chase. Jim was also a State Representative in the New Hampshire House of Representatives and worked as a Sr. Network Engineer at Touchcom and PlumChoice Online PC Services. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Director of IT at iCAD Inc., Project Manager, Sys Admin, and Network Engineer at Cognos Corporation, and Senior Exchange Architect at John Hancock.

Jim Summers, D.B.A.(c) has a High School Diploma from Garden City, which they received in 1990. Furthermore, they have several degrees and certificates in business administration, cybersecurity, international business and finance, organizational leadership, accounting/finance, project management, and efficient management techniques. Jim obtained their A.S. degree in Accounting and Finance from Nashua Community College in 2003. Jim also obtained bachelor's and master's degrees from Southern New Hampshire University in 2004 and 2005, respectively. Jim Summers also holds Executive Certificates in Business Administration and Cybersecurity from Liberty University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, respectively. Jim is currently studying for their Doctorate of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Liberty University, which they will receive in 2023. Jim also holds various additional certifications from institutions such as Cisco, Microsoft, and William George/PMI.
