Olivier St-Amand is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering with extensive experience at EXFO since September 2006, where roles have included Software Development Manager, R&D Manager, and Signal Processing Principal Designer, focusing on the design and development of controls, acquisition, and signal processing algorithms for fiber optic network test and measurement instruments. Prior to this, Olivier held various intern positions in quality assurance and technical support the telecommunications sector at ONI, Ministère des Transport du Québec, and CIMA+. Olivier holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering, both from Université de Sherbrooke.
