Ana Cecília Chaves, MD, is a dedicated medical professional with extensive experience in public health and research. Currently serving as a researcher at MEDCIDS within the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Porto, Ana focuses on utilizing Large Language Models for public health research. As a medical doctor and public health resident, Ana has contributed to the COVID-19 crisis management team and engaged in community and environmental health initiatives. Additional roles include working as a Neural Machine Translation Data Enhancer at Exfluency, serving as Health Attaché at the Permanent Mission of Portugal in Geneva, and undertaking various medical roles across multiple institutions. Ana holds a master's degree in Medicine from the University of Coimbra and has completed numerous executive courses in project management, negotiation, and health administration.
