Steve Biggerstaff has a diverse work experience in various roles related to operations, facilities management, and construction safety. Steve previously worked as the Director of Operations at Exeter Township School District since October 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Facilities and Contracted Services at Daniel Boone Area School District from November 2019 to October 2021. Steve also has a long history with Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), where they held multiple positions including Construction Safety Officer (November 2016 to November 2019), Assistant Director of Facilities (April 2007 to November 2019), Maintenance Manager (April 2002 to April 2007), and Diesel Mechanic (July 1995 to April 2002).

Steve Biggerstaff obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Alvernia University. Steve attended the university from 2007 to 2012.
