David O'Connor

Head Of Faculty Construction And The Built Environment at Exeter College

David O'Connor has a strong work history in the construction industry. David started their career as a bricklayer in 2003 and worked in this role until 2012. From 2012 to 2019, they served as the Head of Construction at Paignton Academy. In 2019, they transitioned to Exeter College, where they currently hold the position of Head of Faculty Construction and the Built Environment.

David O'Connor attended Colyton Grammar School from 1997 to 2001. David then joined Exeter City Football Club as a Youth Trainee from 2001 to 2003. After that, they attended Exeter College from 2003 to 2006, where they earned an NVQ L3 degree in Trowel Occupations. Finally, from 2009 to 2012, David O'Connor studied at the University of St Mark & St John, where they obtained a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree with QTS.
