Later on, in 2009 and 2011, they obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from Towson University. In 2012, they became a Chief Certified Partner of Chief Commercial Products. Josh also earned the Certified Technology Specialist certification from InfoComm International in 2016. In 2013, they obtained the D.S.C.E. certification from Digital Signage Experts Group. Furthermore, in April 2023, they completed the Microsoft Teams Rooms Solution Sales Professional 2023 Exam conducted by Microsoft.
