Gisela Ramirez DSCE has extensive experience in sales and account management roles spanning over 20 years. Gisela began their career in 2000 as a Senior Sales Representative at Francine's Travel and later worked as an Insurance billing/Administrative Assistant at Essex Urology Associates until 2007. From there, they joined Maggy London Inc. as a Sales Support/Accounts Receivable representative until 2011. In 2012, they started working in Medicaid Sales for UnitedHealth Group. In 2014, they became a Sales Account Manager for LATAM at IAVI until 2016. Gisela then joined Exertis Almo as a Senior Sales Account Manager for LATAM and later was promoted to Global Sales Director for LATAM and Caribbean. In this role, they built and led diverse sales teams, implemented sales methodologies, and drove team productivity and accountability.
Gisela Ramirez DSCE graduated from Katharine Gibbs School with an AAS in Criminal Justice in 2005. Later, they attended Montclair State University in 2006-2007 for Criminal Justice studies. In 2011-2013, they earned a BA in Communications from Kean University. Beyond their formal education, they have obtained several certifications starting from 2016 to 2023. Some of the certifications include Microsoft Teams Rooms Solution Sales Professional 2023 Exam, Digital Transformation, International Business Foundations, Everything as a Service (XaaS) is the Future of Business, Key Account Management, Outlook: Efficient Email Management, Solution Sales, and DSCE from DSEG.
