Kiley Haydon has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. In 2011, they worked as an ECC Account Manager at Rakuten USA, where they managed and maintained over 100 clients. From 2018 to 2019, they served as the Miraval Life in Balance Spa Group Sales at Monarch Beach Resort, responsible for managing and expanding group sales, organizing spa treatments for various group sizes, and customizing spa experiences for clients. In 2019, they became the Advertising Manager at concrete collaborative. Currently, they are working as a Cheerleading Coach at Coast Spirit Athletics.

Kiley Haydon completed their Bachelor's degree in Advertising at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas from 1998 to 2002.
