Dora Beddow has a diverse work experience in the public sector. Dora began their career in 2012 as a Research Intern at the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs. In 2013, they joined the Ministry of Defence as an Operations Analyst, where they implemented innovative business practices and strategic management methods. In 2015, they were promoted to Project Manager/Strategic Planner, where they mentored and supervised three junior experts, led strategic planning efforts, and coordinated the cross-team work of 20+ departments. In 2018, they moved to the British Embassy Budapest as a Partnership Manager/Learning and Development Lead, where they managed the Defence Bilateral Activity Programme between Hungary and UK. This included high level representational work, project management, organisational and administrative work, marketing and business development support, and leading on learning and development campaigns and partnerships. In 2022, they joined Exeon Analytics as a Project Manager for Corporate Development.
Dora Beddow has an extensive education history. Dora obtained a BA in Security and Defence Policy from ZrÃnyi Miklós University of National Defense between 2008 and 2011. Dora then went on to pursue a MA in International Studies at Corvinus University of Budapest from 2011 to 2016. During this time, they also completed a Defense Resources Management Course at the Naval Postgraduate School in 2014. In 2012, they attended the PSSI-NATO Summer School: Russia on the Rise. In 2021, they obtained a certification from LinkedIn for Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself.
