Desmond Loo currently serves as Home Manager at Exemplar Health Care since October 2023. Prior positions include Quality and Compliance Lead, Lead Nurse, and other significant roles at Elysium Healthcare from December 2016 to October 2023, and Clinical Nurse Manager and Ward Manager at Partnerships in Care from April 2000 to November 2016. Desmond Loo has extensive experience in nursing management, including staff recruitment and development, policy monitoring, and emergency site management. Additionally, Desmond completed two "Management of Violence and Aggression" Trainer Courses and has focused on quality service development within mental health settings since beginning a nursing career in 1994 after earning a DipHE in Nursing Studies from Chester College of Higher Education.
