Morand Hartman has extensive experience in procurement, spanning multiple decades in the energy sector. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Specialist at Exelon Corporation since August 2012, Morand is responsible for sourcing materials and services for power plants across various locations, including Texas and Canada. Prior to this role, Morand held positions at American Electric Power (AEP) as a Lead Buyer/Analyst, managing significant procurement tasks for field locations, and served as a Senior Buyer/Sourcing Specialist for many years. Additional experience includes roles at Central and South West Corporation, Central Power and Light Company, and a foundational position in the U.S. Navy as a Communications Specialist. Morand Hartman holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Del Mar College.
