Tena Dameron has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tena started their career as a Territory Manager and later became a Commercial Specialist at Shaw Industries. Tena then transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry, working at Pfizer as a Therapeutic Specialty Representative. After that, they joined Sandoz as an Area Sales Manager, responsible for marketing growth hormone injections and working with specialists in endocrinology and pediatrics. Tena later moved to CSL Behring as an Area Sales Manager and National Field Trainer, providing product knowledge and selling skills training to new sales representatives. Tena then worked at The Medicines Company as a Customer Solutions Manager in Surgery & Perioperative Care and Infectious Disease Care. Tena also had a role at Genentech as a Clinical Specialist in Lytics before joining their current position as an Associate Director of GPOs & Strategic Partners at Exelixis. Overall, Tena has a strong background in sales and customer solutions across various industries.

Tena Dameron graduated from The University of Kansas in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education, Sports Science, and Exercise Science. Tena is currently pursuing a Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Boston University, with an expected completion date of 2023.
