Liz Clark is an experienced Contracts Manager with a solid background in contract management and go-to-market strategy. Currently serving as Contracts Manager II at Exelixis since October 2021, Liz previously held roles at The Spur Group, Tesla, and SolarCity, focusing on negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements, supporting business operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Liz has also gained valuable legal experience as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Amy M. Pellman and has contributed to research projects at Southwestern Law School. Liz holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Southwestern Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies with a focus on Linguistics from UC San Diego.
