Michael Carrozzella serves as President of Cazman Investment Co. since September 2021, overseeing a real estate investment firm that specializes in value-add projects and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Additionally, since August 2019, Michael holds the position of Senior Loan Officer at RCN Capital, a nationwide private direct lender focused on short-term fix and flip financing and long-term rental financing for real estate investors. Michael has also been a Real Estate Agent with Executive Real Estate | BuyExecutive since June 2014. Michael earned a degree from Central Connecticut State University, completing studies from 2014 to 2018.
