Sally Ali is an accomplished executive coach and consultant with extensive experience in talent management and organizational change. Currently serving as an Executive Coach at The Executive Coaching Consultancy since January 2023 and maintaining a private practice since March 2018, Sally has also held the position of Principal Consultant at Summit Leadership Partners from November 2021 to November 2022. Previous roles include Head of Talent at The 3% Movement and Global Chief Talent Officer at DDB. Sally's earlier experience encompasses significant leadership positions in global HR and account management across various organizations, including Achieve Beyond and Thomson Reuters. Sally holds an MS in Organizational Change Management from The New School and a BA in Psychology from Queens College, complemented by executive education through Omnicom University.
