Natalia Martinez Peraita is an experienced executive coach and program facilitator based in London, currently working with the IE-Brown University Executive MBA program as a facilitator and team coach since September 2022. As the founder of Natalia Peraita Coaching since February 2011, Natalia specializes in helping corporate executives, particularly in the banking and finance sectors, overcome limiting beliefs to unlock their potential for change and growth. Additionally, Natalia serves as an executive contributor for Brainz Magazine, a board member at EQCapital S.L, and an associate coach with The Executive Coaching Consultancy. Previous roles include managing director at NMP Associates Ltd, director at Execuzen, and associate banker at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
