Lois Carson is the CEO, Executive Coach, and Trainer at Lois Carson Coaching & Consulting, specializing in leadership and communication for food industry leaders, with over 30 years of experience. Since January 2009, Lois has provided coaching aimed at enhancing leaders' effectiveness, communication skills, and personal development. In addition to this role, Lois serves as an Executive Coach for Executive Coaches of Orange County, offering no-charge coaching to nonprofit leaders, and has facilitated strategic planning for various nonprofit organizations. Previously, Lois held executive coaching roles at companies such as Jack in the Box and Taco Bell, where Lois also developed the successful Crunchwrap Supreme as a Senior Manager in Product Development.
