Lyle Roecker is an experienced facility manager with a strong background in maintenance and operational management. Currently serving as the Facility Manager at Gehl Foods, LLC since 2002, Lyle oversees five plants and is responsible for all related operations. Lyle also co-owns Executive Building Maintenance, providing building maintenance services for small offices and homes since 1986. Prior experience includes roles as Maintenance/Facilities Manager at Maysteel Industries LLC, where responsibilities involved plant and equipment maintenance, project management, and equipment installation. Lyle's career began as a Maintenance Mechanic at Mammoth Spring Canning Co., following a three-year apprenticeship. Lyle's educational background includes studies at multiple institutions, including Waukesha Area Technical College, the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Management Resource Association, and Moraine Park Technical College.
