Alana Alvarez has extensive experience in various roles within the automotive and media industries. Currently serving as a Service Coordinator at Executive Auto Group since May 2018, Alana has also held positions such as Appointment Coordinator, Customer Service Specialist, and Merchandiser within the same organization. Additionally, Alana has been an Independent Freelancer since May 2014, specializing as a Writer and Editor. Prior experience includes working as an Associate Producer and Social Media Manager at Agenda de Hoy (September 2015 - December 2019), as well as a Leveler at Newsela (July 2015 - June 2018) and a Reporter at El Vocero (2003 - 2014). Alana earned a Bachelor of Communications with a focus on Journalism and Photojournalism from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras, from 1996 to 2000, and attended Hunter College from 1998 to 1999.
